These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the bb8ph platform and all services offered through it. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wagers.
You must be at least 21 years old and a resident of the Philippines to register and use bb8ph. Age verification is mandatory under PAGCOR regulations.
Each player is permitted to hold only one bb8ph account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension and forfeiture of funds.
bb8ph processes withdrawal requests promptly. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal is permitted.
All games on bb8ph use certified RNG systems. Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use bots, or collude with other players will result in immediate account termination.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bb8ph ("bb8ph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the bb8ph online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at bb8ph.net and any associated mobile applications or platforms (collectively, the "Platform").
By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service offered by bb8ph, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the bb8ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. bb8ph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bb8ph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify bb8ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
bb8ph is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. bb8ph reserves the right to suspend account activity pending completion of KYC verification.
bb8ph supports a range of payment methods designed for Filipino players. All deposits are subject to the following terms:
bb8ph currently accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and debit card. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used and your account verification status. bb8ph reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your bb8ph wallet within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. bb8ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
All account balances, wagers, and transactions on the bb8ph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). bb8ph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or any form of cryptocurrency.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into your bb8ph account originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the details on your bb8ph account. bb8ph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
bb8ph reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. This may include submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
bb8ph aims to process approved withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Only real-money funds that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. bb8ph reserves the right to deduct bonus funds and associated winnings from withdrawal requests where wagering requirements have not been met.
bb8ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studios. In the event of a technical failure during a live game session, bb8ph will follow the game provider's established procedures for resolving interrupted rounds. bb8ph's decision in such matters is final.
Sports betting markets are subject to their own specific rules regarding settlement, void bets, and in-play wagering. bb8ph reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome has already been determined at the time of placement, or where a manifest error in odds has occurred.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault, bb8ph reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes to the relevant player accounts. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. bb8ph will not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bb8ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to:
Any unauthorized use of bb8ph's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by bb8ph.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bb8ph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bb8ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bb8ph shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bb8ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
bb8ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bb8ph has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus funds and any amounts subject to investigation will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
You may request closure of your bb8ph account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable verification procedures.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bb8ph Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may contact bb8ph's support team to initiate this process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority, including PAGCOR where the dispute relates to gaming conduct or platform operations. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
bb8ph's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account management are final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
bb8ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bb8ph will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the bb8ph Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.3 above.
